About White Mountain Motorsports Park

White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, NH is a ¼-mile stock car racing track that opened in 1993. Every Saturday throughout the summer, the best racers of New Hampshire and Vermont converge in the North Country, from the headlining Late Models to the Kids Trucks where youngsters learn their craft. They do so with the gorgeous scenery of the White Mountain National Forest as the backdrop.

In addition to the weekly stars, White Mountain also plays host to some of the biggest touring series in the region. The track is a regular stop for the ACT Late Model Tour, Pro All Stars Series, North East Mini Stock Tour, and NELCAR Legends. In 2020, the track welcomed the legendary NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour for the first time, and big events such as the Midsummer Classic and Spring Green have become a staple of the schedule.

At White Mountain Motorsports Park, you can see ordinary people become heroes one night a week every summer. Drivers such as eight-time “King of the Mountains” Quinny Welch, multi-time Flying Tiger champion Shane Sicard, and former Midsummer Classic winner Wayne Helliwell Jr. have made the track their stomping ground. When fans walk through the front gates to be greeted by the beautiful mountains and thrilling on-track action, they’ll understand why Saturday night is a night for “Thunder in the Mountains”.
